Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business email, company, WhatsApp or telephone number, product of interest, and project requirements. The form also records the page, referral address, selected language, and approximate country supplied by our hosting provider so that we can understand and answer the request.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to reply, review technical compatibility, prepare a configuration or quotation, provide requested support, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.
Service providers and contact channels
TethPower uses service providers for website hosting, security, email delivery, and live chat. They process limited information on our behalf under their own service terms. Live chat is loaded only after you choose to open it. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or another external channel, that provider's privacy terms also apply to the communication.
Cookies and local storage
The current website does not load advertising analytics when a page opens. The live-chat provider may use cookies or local storage after you activate the chat. We will reassess consent controls before adding analytics, advertising tags, or other optional tracking technologies.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, support the resulting business relationship, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, or ask how it has been used, by emailing stella@tethpower.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, contractual, accounting, or legal reasons.
Updates
We may update this policy when the website, contact tools, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
