Start with the exact aircraft and the accessory's stated role. A cleaning boom, lighting payload, transport case and tethered power system are different products, even when they reference the same DJI platform.
Identify the aircraft precisely
Use the full model name and describe the installed payload and accessories. Share the relevant aircraft and accessory documents when requesting a configuration review. Models within a manufacturer’s range can have different power, mounting and control requirements.
Our catalogue includes named products for several DJI platforms. Each product page states its own intended platform and function. Use those specifications as the starting point instead of assuming that an accessory for one Matrice model transfers to another.
Distinguish the task from the power system
A spray boom delivers water through a cleaning installation. A lamp provides light. A transport accessory carries a load. A tethered power configuration provides an electrical power arrangement for its stated application. These roles should occupy separate lines in a project brief.
For example, the TP-M400-SG1 is a cleaning spray accessory, while the TP-Matrice M400 page describes a tethered lighting system. Reading both as an interchangeable generic “M400 tether” would hide important scope differences.
Review the complete installation
Ask about mounting, mass distribution, wiring or hose routes, payload requirements and the equipment included in the offer. Identify the ground source and any equipment supplied by your team. Photographs of the current aircraft installation help clarify the interfaces under discussion.
If multiple accessories will be used together, describe the combination explicitly. Individual product references do not automatically establish that every combination is supported. Have the exact planned installation reviewed against the current documentation.
