The decision
A useful cleaning proposal starts with the site and the required result. Provide a representative surface and deployment plan before comparing accessories or stated spray reach.
Record the surface and expected result
Describe the façade material, joints, projections and contamination. Share photographs from several distances and identify a representative trial area. Include the property owner’s cleaning requirements and any material-specific restrictions already available.
Define how the result will be assessed. Visible coverage, remaining contamination and the owner’s acceptance requirements provide a more useful discussion than a general request for maximum cleaning power. Equipment selection should follow that task description.
Map the deployment area
Show the proposed takeoff area, ground equipment location, water source and hose route. Record working height and the expected stand-off distance from the surface. Identify obstacles, public access and other site constraints for the operating team’s review.
The length of a hose, the reach of a water jet and the aircraft’s working position describe different things. Keep them separate in the brief. The operator and site owner need to review the actual operating arrangement and applicable site requirements.
Inventory available equipment
List the aircraft, installed accessories, pump, hose, power source and nozzle if already selected. Add model references and available manuals. State which items you need us to quote and which will be provided locally.
For Matrice 400 projects, TP-M400-SG1 provides a specific spray-accessory starting point. Other cleaning accessories have their own specifications. The selected accessory must be reviewed within the intended installation.
Turn the survey into an enquiry
Combine the site plan, photographs, equipment list and acceptance questions into one brief. Mark uncertain details rather than delaying the entire enquiry. We can identify the inputs needed for a more complete proposal.
Ask that the quotation name the proposed boom, nozzle, connections and water-delivery scope. Keep any representative trial results associated with that configuration. This makes the discussion repeatable when the project moves from initial interest to equipment selection and customer evaluation.
