TethPower TP-P6 is a compact 50V airborne power module rated for 6kW continuous output with 7kW peak capability. It converts a 600-750VDC tether input into a regulated 50V-class output for industrial UAV platforms requiring higher sustained power without excessive airborne weight.
With a net weight of no more than 1.4kg, IP65 protection and self-contained air cooling, TP-P6 offers a strong power-to-weight balance for medium-to-high-power tethered UAV applications.

No. TP-P6 is rated for 6kW continuous output. The 7kW value is peak output and should only be used within the approved transient operating conditions.
Power density depends on electrical architecture, voltage, enclosure and cooling design. Selection should still be based on system compatibility, not weight alone.
The manual specifies -20°C to +40°C for continuous 6kW operation. Higher or lower ambient conditions require engineering review and may affect usable power.
Potentially, but aircraft bus limits and full-charge voltage must be checked. The module output range is 45-50.5VDC.
The ground station and tether must provide a compatible 600-750VDC input with sufficient continuous and peak power after cable loss.
