Overview

TP-P70 is an isolated DC/DC module with 1600–2000VDC input, 116VDC rated output (110–118VDC range), 70kW rated power, 72kW continuous operation requiring power-supply enclosure temperature ≤35°C, and ≈22kg weight; it is mostly used on firefighting drones; we usually customize the ground power station to project requirements. TP-P70 is a high-power isolated DC/DC module for heavy-lift tethered UAV architectures requiring a 116V-class aircraft bus. The manual specifies a 1600–2000VDC tether input, 116VDC rated output and a 110–118VDC output range.

The rated output is 70kW with 600A rated output current. Continuous operation at 72kW requires the power-supply enclosure temperature to remain ≤35°C. The IP65 aluminum enclosure uses fan-regulated forced-air cooling and measures 442 × 308 × 128mm ±1mm, with an approximate net weight of 22kg.
