Spray accessories we supply
We supply the spray end of a cleaning drone to drone makers, integrators and cleaning contractors who need it to fit their own aircraft and water path. Each accessory is a separate product with its own specifications:
- TP-SG02, an extendable cleaning spray gun for tethered UAV wash systems
- TP-SG01, a retractable direct-spray boom for compatible third-party cleaning-drone platforms
- TP-M400-SG1, a cleaning spray accessory for DJI Matrice 400
- TP-SG nozzle accessories, interchangeable stainless-steel nozzles for drone cleaning work
When the spray end is chosen after the aircraft and the pump are fixed, a mounting or connector mismatch can surface at assembly. Checking the published values early, and settling the rest with our sales team, can help you avoid late design changes.

Fit to your aircraft: mounting and installation position
TP-SG01 and TP-M400-SG1 are installed below the aircraft body, and TP-M400-SG1 mounts on DJI Matrice 400 with a 1/4-inch quick-release base. TP-SG01 is designed for compatible third-party cleaning-drone platforms. Fit with your platform, or with any platform beyond those stated on a product page, is confirmed with our sales team for your project.
A spray accessory changes the aircraft installation. For TP-M400-SG1, the attachment, center of gravity, hose routing, nozzle, matched ground pump and working distance are confirmed with us, and aircraft balance, flight-control behavior and endurance are checked for the actual installation. Review the same points for any spray accessory on your own airframe. Items to discuss include:
- the mounting interface and installation position on your airframe;
- the accessory length for the stand-off distance you work at;
- the hose route from the aircraft to the ground;
- the load of the accessory and the filled hose alongside your other installed equipment.

Fit to your water path: inlet, outlet and hose pressure
A nominal connector size is only one interface detail. Send the exact references and photographs of your hose and pump connectors, rather than assuming that visually similar quick-release fittings are interchangeable.
The 25 MPa values in the table describe the accessory hose. Pump pressure and nozzle pressure can differ, because pressure is lost through hose length, elevation, fittings, bends, filters and flow resistance, so evaluate the water path from the pump to the nozzle. Nozzle options
Our TP-SG nozzle accessories are stainless steel, with fan, column, dual-purpose and rotating options. The fan nozzle suits wide-area coverage, and the bullet nozzle uses a 3 mm spray orifice for concentrated jet cleaning; some other variants use 2 mm openings. These are spray-orifice sizes, not a shared connector dimension, so the nozzle connection is confirmed for each spray gun.

Send the exact references and photographs of your hose and pump connectors, because visually similar quick-release fittings are not assumed to be interchangeable. Are nozzles included, and which nozzles can we choose?
A nozzle is not included with TP-SG02 by default. Our TP-SG nozzle accessories are stainless steel, with fan, column, dual-purpose and rotating options, and the nozzle connection is confirmed for each spray gun.
