The decision
For existing enterprise dealers, tethered lighting, cleaning spray and ground-power lines, plus a carried firefighting bucket, can extend what you offer on platforms your customers already fly. Each line fits the platforms stated on its product page.
Who this is for: dealers who already sell enterprise platforms
For existing enterprise dealers: this guide is for dealers, distributors and agents who already sell enterprise platforms such as the DJI Matrice 400 and want accessory lines built around tethered ground power. A tethered ground station supplies the aircraft from the ground through a cable. The aircraft can then stay on one task at one site with fewer battery-change interruptions, while the ground supply, aircraft thermal limits and maintenance allow.
When your offer ends at the aircraft, your customer still has to find the lighting, cleaning or ground-power equipment for the work it plans to do. With our accessory lines, you can quote that equipment alongside the platform. That can help your quotation cover the whole task your customer describes, which helps it hold when the customer reviews the site.
Where a product page states the platform a line fits, we name it below. Fit with any other platform is something to confirm with our sales team before you quote it.
Overhead night lighting for the Matrice 400
Today, lighting a worksite at night usually means ground lamps or light towers, moved as the work moves. With the TP-Matrice M400 tethered lighting system, a DJI Matrice 400 carries the lamps overhead and draws power from its own ground unit through a 120 m tether. The standard configuration combines the TP-T-M400 ground unit, the TP-P-M400 airborne power module and 4 TP-P-400 lighting lamps; an 8-lamp configuration is optional. The airborne module’s maximum output power is 3000 W.
Each TP-P-400 lamp is sold individually as a component of the TP-Matrice M400 system rather than as a stand-alone lamp. It has 375 W per-lamp lighting power, 700–750 VDC input and 180° angle adjustment.
For your customers, an overhead light inside the tether’s reach can mean fewer lamp relocations as the work area shifts. Ground lighting remains the better fit where light must stay in place for long periods without a flight crew, or where the site does not allow flight. Your customer should confirm the aircraft configuration, required illumination, available 220 V AC supply, tether routing, operating environment and installation before ordering, and check local rules.
Cleaning spray lines for facades and surfaces
Today, facade cleaning crews often work from gondolas or by rope access, rigged and moved along the building as the job progresses. With our cleaning accessories, the aircraft carries the spray end, and water reaches it from a ground pump through a hose.
TP-M400-SG1 is a cleaning spray accessory for DJI Matrice 400: a 770 mm carbon-fiber boom weighing 830 g, mounted below the aircraft on a 1/4-inch quick-release base. Its product page lists building exterior cleaning, photovoltaic panel dust removal and equipment surface washing. TP-SG02 is an extendable cleaning spray gun for tethered UAV wash systems. It runs from 100 cm minimum folded length to 370 cm maximum extended length, with 1 ± 0.2 kg device weight and 25 MPa internal hose pressure; a nozzle is not included by default.
On suitable surfaces, spraying from the aircraft can mean fewer rigging moves for your customer’s crew. Gondolas and rope access remain the better fit for work that needs hands-on contact with the surface, close inspection at the surface, or sites where flight is not permitted. Pressure limits for glass or panels come from the building owner, the glazing maker or the panel maker. Our guide to Matrice 400 cleaning setup covers the boom, pump, hose and nozzle as one installation.
Ground power for long tethered work
Today, a customer who keeps an aircraft on one task changes batteries through the shift. TP-T4H is a portable automatic pay-in/pay-out tethered ground station with an integrated winch, tether cable and high-voltage DC supply. It lists 4 kW rated power, 4500 W maximum output power, AC 220 V external power input, DC 800 V output and a 110 m cable.
TP-T4H is a separate ground station, not part of the TP-Matrice M400 system, which has its own ground unit. We review the airborne module and the aircraft it supplies for each project; a matching power figure alone does not confirm compatibility.
With tethered ground power, your customer’s aircraft can stay on task with fewer landings for battery changes, while the ground supply, aircraft thermal limits and maintenance allow. That can support steadier service on fixed-site work. Battery flights remain the better fit for mobile, wide-area and long-range work, where the aircraft moves away from one point.
A carried firefighting bucket for heavy-lift carriers
The TP-FC100-FFB firefighting bucket is a carried accessory, not a tethered product: the aircraft lifts and carries it. It is a 100 L aerial firefighting bucket with a 4 kg bucket weight, for DJI FC100, T100S and FC30 and compatible third-party carrier aircraft. Its control system supports PSDK, Ethernet, serial and receiver interfaces.
If your customers already fly one of those carriers, the bucket gives you a further accessory to offer for the same aircraft. We supply the bucket as an accessory. The firefighting operation, its crews and its procedures remain with the operator, and the operator should check local rules.
What we provide and what to discuss with our sales team
We provide remote technical support. Our product pages include model-specific specifications and manuals, so you and your customers work from the same stated values, labels and conditions.
Talk to our sales team about demonstration equipment, regional arrangements and spare-part stock. Our sales team also confirms pricing, payment terms and samples, and any fit for platforms beyond those stated on the product pages.
